Community Health Workers (CHWs) who are new to H+H will receive this introductory-level training, designed to provide an overview of CHW core competencies and the roles they may be asked to play in their respective clinical and administrative settings. The C3-aligned training meets New York State’s requirements allowing CHWs to bill for reimbursement.
